2017 has seen Simons Rodkin Solicitors LLP diversify in to new areas of litigation and as well as offering services to clients needing support and advice across the board in the entertainment industry including:

·        Production agreements, recording and publishing creation and negotiations.

 

The firm’s partners, Simon Aaron and Lawrence Rodkin, along with newly recruited Consultant in Music, David A. Nash, have in the departments first 18 months advised clients on matters across management, recording contracts, music publishing agreements, licensing, production and distribution terms and conditions across international territories including: The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Egypt, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Cameroon, Nigeria, Turkey, Greece, Germany, and France. All these matters are advised, protected and governed under the laws of England and Wales.

 We are also extremely pleased to announce the development of the companies Literary Agency with David representing Miss Anita Gray – an Amazon ‘US’ No.1 bestselling author – in the development, consideration and acquisition of publishing opportunities to support the self-published, global online release of part 2 in Miss Gray’s Dark Romance series, BLAI2E, following on from the International success of Part 1. 

We continually review and accept for consideration authentic and essential literary agencies inquiries by email or by personal referral, seeking to explore opportunities to develop the potential sales across e-books and audio platforms as well as welcoming introductions to major pre-production studios as well as scriptwriters, editors and cinematic film producers.
